PMO UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTIES
Public Bidding
Prospective bidders are hereby notified of the amendment in Rule No. 7 of the Asset Specific Bidding Rules on the Public Auction of PMO Unserviceable Properties on March 17, 2021.
6. SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
The bidder shall submit the following to PMO in a sealed envelope:
On : March 25, 2021 (“Public Auction Date”)
At : 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
At : Ground Floor, Privatization and Management Office
104 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City
7. OPENING AND TABULATION OF BIDS
All bids will be opened by PMO right after the closing of the box at 10:00 A.M. on the Public Auction Date. Opening and tabulation of the bids shall be made via Zoom at the 5th Floor Conference Room, Privatization and Management Office, 104 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.
This is in compliance with the health protocols set by the government.
